How the list is read

Columns
Each row is one part, in this order: part name, length, width, quantity. A row without a quantity counts as one. Rows without at least a length and a width are skipped, and the number skipped is shown underneath.
Sizes
Enter sizes in cm, with a comma or a full stop for decimals. If your list is in mm, that is, a part would come out longer than 400 cm, the list is read as mm and converted to cm.
Pasting from Excel
Select the cells in Excel, copy them and paste them into the table. Tabs, semicolons or two or more spaces split the cells, so plain text lists are read too.
Edging
Each part's edging is a single choice. If your sheet has the number of edged long and short sides, they come in as the fifth and sixth columns; a choice made in the table overrides them.
  • 1 long edge
  • 1 long, 1 short edge
  • 1 long, 2 short edges
  • 2 long edges
  • 2 long, 1 short edge
  • All 4 edges
  • No edging
  • 1 short edge
  • 2 short edges

In your trade account
