Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the information you share while using the Kolay Dolap platform is used and protected. The data controller is BİMODEL BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ.

Details on processing personal data are in the Privacy Notice (KVKK); the rules for using the platform are in the Terms of Use.

1. What we collect

  • The business, contact person, contact and activity details you give in the dealer and panel cutter application forms; tax details where needed for invoicing.
  • The cutting lists, projects, model configurations and orders you create in your account.
  • The price lists and board and edge band catalogues that panel cutters enter.
  • IP address, session and transaction logs for security. With your consent, analytics on how the site is used.

2. How we use it

We use your information to review your application, open your account, pass your orders to the other firm, send order and status emails, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

3. Information shared between firms

A cut order is visible only to the two firms in it: the workshop and the panel cutter.

  • To prepare and deliver the order, the panel cutter sees the workshop's name, contact and delivery details and the cutting list.
  • The workshop sees the name, contact details and prices of the panel cutter it orders from, and the order's status.
  • A panel cutter's price list and catalogue are shown to workshops so they can choose when ordering.

Each firm is responsible for using the information it receives from the other only to fulfil the order.

4. Payments

Kolay Dolap takes no card payments. Orders go on account between the workshop and the panel cutter, and payment is made as the two agree between themselves. We therefore do not ask for or store card details.

5. Site security

Every page of the site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) with an SSL certificate. Account passwords are stored with one-way encryption. Within the Company, only authorised staff can access order, cutting list and business data.

6. Our service providers

  • Hosting: Vercel (servers in Frankfurt, Germany)
  • Database: Supabase (servers in Frankfurt, Germany)
  • File storage: Cloudflare
  • Email: Resend and Google Workspace
  • Analytics: Vercel Analytics; Google Analytics only with your consent

These providers process your information only to provide services to us. Transfers abroad follow Article 9 of the KVKK.

7. Cookies

Necessary cookies handle sign-in, security and language. Google Analytics cookies run only with your consent. See the Cookie Policy for details.

8. Your rights and contact

You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK as described in the Privacy Notice (KVKK), and write to info@kolaydolap.com with any questions. If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page.
