Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This English text is a convenience translation. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version applies.

These terms govern the use of the Kolay Dolap platform (the “Platform”), run by BİMODEL BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (the “Company”). Every firm that opens an account on or uses the Platform is deemed to accept them.

The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Notice (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: the website at kolaydolap.com, together with the firm panels and the cutting list and model tools.
  • Workshop (dealer): a furniture workshop or firm that places cut orders through the Platform.
  • Panel cutter: a panel cutting firm that publishes prices and a catalogue on the Platform and accepts and prepares cut orders.
  • Firm: each workshop and panel cutter.
  • User: an authorised person or employee who uses the Platform on a firm's behalf.
  • Cut order: an order placed by a workshop with a panel cutter through the Platform to cut the parts on a cutting list to size, with the chosen boards and edge bands.

2. What the Platform is

The Platform is an ordering and intermediary tool that lets workshops prepare cutting lists and order from panel cutters. The Company is not a party to cut orders: it does not sell boards, does no cutting or edging and does not undertake delivery.

The contract for a cut order is formed between the workshop and the panel cutter when the panel cutter accepts the order. The product's specification, price, delivery, payment and liability for defects are matters between those two firms.

The Platform's size calculations, cutting lists and models are provided to make the firms' work easier. They do not remove the duty to check sizes before production.

The Platform is open only to firms acting in the course of business. Consumer law and the rules on distance contracts do not apply to transactions between firms.

3. Applications and accounts

  • Accounts are opened only for firms whose application the Company has reviewed and accepted. Workshops fill in the dealer application form, panel cutters the panel cutter application form.
  • The Company is free to accept or decline an application and need not give reasons. It may ask for further information or documents to review it.
  • Once an application is accepted, a link to set a password is sent to the email address the firm gave.
  • The firm is responsible for keeping the information in its application and account accurate and up to date.
  • The account belongs to the firm. The firm lets only people authorised to act on its behalf use it, keeps passwords confidential and treats everything done from its account as its own act. It tells the Company at once if it notices unauthorised use.
  • An account may not be transferred, sold or lent to anyone else.

4. Workshops' duties

  • Checking the sizes, quantities, boards, grain direction and edge band choices on the cutting list before ordering. The panel cutter prepares the order from the information the workshop sends; the consequences of errors in it are the workshop's.
  • Giving a correct delivery address and contact details.
  • Paying for an accepted order as and when agreed with the panel cutter.
  • Using the Platform for genuine orders only, and not placing test or misleading orders.

5. Panel cutters' duties

  • Setting their own prices and keeping their price list and board and edge band catalogue accurate and up to date. Unless the parties agree otherwise in writing, the price shown on the Platform when an order is placed applies to that order.
  • Reviewing incoming orders within a reasonable time and accepting or rejecting them.
  • Preparing and delivering accepted orders in line with the cutting list and the chosen materials, with the care expected in the trade.
  • Keeping order statuses (accepted, cutting, ready, shipped, delivered) accurate and up to date.
  • Issuing their invoice directly to the workshop, as the law requires.
  • Using the information received from the workshop only to fulfil the order.

6. Orders, payment and cancellation

  • An order a workshop sends through the Platform is passed to the panel cutter. Once the panel cutter accepts it, the order binds both parties; if the panel cutter rejects it, the order ends.
  • A workshop can withdraw its order only while it is “New”, that is, before the panel cutter accepts it. Any cancellation or change after acceptance is agreed between the workshop and the panel cutter.
  • No payments are taken through the Platform. Orders go on account between the workshop and the panel cutter; payment, terms and invoicing follow their own agreement. The Company is not responsible for collecting payments or for the account between the parties.
  • Delivery, carriage, missing or faulty cuts and returns are settled between the workshop and the panel cutter. On request, the Company may share the Platform's order records with the parties.
  • Any fees for using the Platform are agreed separately between the Company and the firm concerned.

7. Content and intellectual property

  • The Platform's software, design, models, sizing methods and content belong to the Company or its licensors. Firms may use them only through the Platform and for their own business; they may not copy, reproduce or reverse-engineer them or use them in another service.
  • Firms are free to sell the furniture they make from cutting lists prepared with the Platform's models.
  • The cutting lists, drawings, projects and price lists a firm enters or uploads belong to that firm. The firm grants the Company the right to store, process and display them as far as needed to run the Platform and pass orders to the other party.
  • The firm is responsible for ensuring that what it uploads does not infringe third parties' rights.

8. Prohibited use

  • Trying to access another firm's account or data.
  • Threatening the Platform's security, disrupting its operation or collecting data with automated tools.
  • Entering misleading prices, catalogue entries or orders.
  • Using the Platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Limits of liability

  • The Company takes reasonable care to keep the Platform running without interruption or error. It cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, faults, service providers or the internet infrastructure.
  • As the Company is not a party to cut orders, it is not liable for the performance of obligations between the workshop and the panel cutter, such as cutting and edging quality, delivery times, payment and returns.
  • Each firm is responsible for the accuracy of the sizes, prices, catalogue entries and other information it enters.
  • Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Company's liability is limited to direct loss. The Company is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or similar indirect loss.

10. Suspension and termination

  • A firm may ask for its account to be closed by writing to info@kolaydolap.com. Obligations between the parties for orders placed before closure continue.
  • The Company may suspend or close an account on notice, or at once where delay would cause harm, in case of a breach of these terms, false or misleading information, a security risk or a legal requirement.
  • The Company may also close an account, or stop running the Platform, on 30 days' notice.
  • After an account is closed, records are kept for the periods set out in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).

11. Changes to these terms

The Company may change these terms. The current version is published on this page, and significant changes are emailed to the addresses registered on accounts at least 15 days before they take effect. A firm that keeps using the Platform after that date is deemed to accept the updated terms.

12. Notices and evidence

Notices to firms are sent to the email address registered on the account. The firm accepts that in a dispute the Company's electronic and server records may be used as evidence under Article 193 of Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes between the Company and the firms arising from these terms.
